Digitalism is not detached from the physical world. It represents, expands and blends it through different media, freeing creation from the obligation to exist in a single material, technique or place.
Medium, support and productive tool
The digital realm is stage, matter and instrument of creation. Software, artificial intelligence, 3D printing, virtual reality, projection and electronic devices become part of the artist’s vocabulary.
The legacy of the past
Digitalism embraces and develops the legacy of movements such as Modernism, Surrealism and Pop Art. The new era does not erase art history: it builds upon it.

How does Digitalism manifest itself?
Fusion of techniques
From satellite imagery to embroidery, different origins and processes can inhabit the same work. Satellite photography, digital painting and physical techniques no longer belong to separate universes.
Art without physical borders
A work can be presented globally through projections, immersive environments and virtual galleries. The artistic experience no longer depends on the audience being present in a single space.
Transmedia and inclusion
A single creation can exist simultaneously as film, game, music, animation, augmented reality and physical print. Each medium broadens access and offers a new way of encountering the work.
The artist’s autonomy
Digital technologies democratize distribution and reduce dependence on intermediaries. Artists gain new ways to produce, present, communicate and commercialize their work.
Digitalism is not merely art produced with technology. It is an artistic movement born from a reality in which the physical and the digital can no longer be separated.
