The Higgs particle metaphor
In physics, the Higgs field helps explain how particles acquire mass. Here it inspires a metaphor: talent already exists, but it needs a field of relationships, resources and trust to gain presence, scale and permanence. The animation is an artistic interpretation, not a literal scientific representation.
